Best deal going - Did absolutely everything he promised he would! Built our own new home. Private bank's best Loan Estimate had us closing with thousands out of pocket, Rate above 4% and a higher total financed loan amount. David beat them on every level and we just closed with zero due and a rate a half a point lower......total financed amount much lower too. David called often and was accessible. His staff emailed nearly daily. I highly recommend.

Pros: 1) he was always available even on the labor day, 2) lower fees than expected (compare to others), 3) got a very low-interest rate, 4) very helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. Cons: I can't think of any. New system asking you for many documents and clarifications, so no matter who you go with you still need to provide lots of documents. At least David and his team were always available to answer my questions.

There is so much more to buying a home than I realized and David was always available to answer questions (I called him fairly late on a few occasions when questions popped into my mind). I don't comprehend information well when it is "overly" explained. David is very straight to the point with concise explanations, he doesn't need to fluff to sound like he knows what he is talking about… he does know what he is talking about!
